Kicking off our first weekend in mighty fashion, Saturday 1st November we are excited to host the ultimate kick-on; the Keys to the City official afterparty. Get ready for raw soulful grooves and deep energy from one of the most respected producers of their generation. The following night we’re backing it up strong for Sundays at 77, bridging the state divide as Naarm mainstay DJ Jnett goes back-to-back with Eora royalty Simon Caldwell. Expect a masterclass in deep house, disco and dubwise rhythms from two of Australia’s most trusted selectors.

Fridays at 77 keeps the groove alive with our very own Deepa and Jhassic (Nov 7th) leading the charge with a seamless blend of hypnotic house, percussive rollers and left-of-centre gems. On Saturday 8th, two of Sydney’s beloved DJs, Reenie and Annabelle Gaspar, step up for a night that bridges the old-school with the new generation; inclusive, eclectic and built on pure dance floor connection.

Mid-month brings a serious one-two punch of global and local talent. On Friday 14th November, the incomparable Karen Nyame KG makes her long-awaited 77 debut. Dubbed the ‘Goddess of Rhythm,’ KG brings her distinctive UK club fusion of afrobeat, bass and broken rhythms, supported by residents Wavyrager and Kiminza. Then on Nov 15th, Sydney stalwarts Barney Kato and Magda Bytnerowicz step up for a night of high-grade house, techno and rave-inspired magic - two veterans whose chemistry behind the decks guarantee a masterclass in rhythm.

On November 16 we are thrilled to welcome UK duo Main Phase back to 77, whose distinct take on garage and breaks has earned them global recognition. Joined by local dynamo Alec Sander, together they promise a night that bridges the golden eras of UK dance music with contemporary club energy.

How to you pronounce house music royalty? Just say, Move D. Friday 21st November welcomes the return of one of house music’s true masters, as David Moufang is joined by Sydney’s own Jamie Palmer. Expect a warm, analog-rich journey through cosmic house and deep grooves from a man whose sets are as soulful as they are technically sublime. 

As if that wasn’t enough, on Nov 22nd, 77’s In Residence series returns with a heavy-hitting local lineup programmed by our good friend Assembler Code, who taps c_h_l_o_e and Tunnel Signs for a sweaty session of machine funk, electro and deep modular experimentation designed for the late-night faithful.

Closing out the month, our final weekend is a biggie. Friday 28th November sees Ciara and Putrika take the decks for Fridays at 77, serving high-energy house, broken beats and global percussive club cuts for the body and mind, followed by Italian maestro James Falco and local hero Caravan on Sat 29th; two selectors whose shared love of kaleidoscope groove, oddball atmospheres and late-night eclecticism make them the perfect pairing.

Last but by no means least, New York icon Fred P brings November to a blissful close for Sundays at 77 on Nov 30th. A deep house visionary known for his spiritual, meditative sets, Fred is joined by Eora selector Milkpaste, whose lush, dreamy selections provide the perfect complement. Together, they’ll deliver a transcendent finale to a month that epitomises Club 77’s essence - forward-thinking music, community energy and the unshakable magic of a dance floor in full flight.
