Club 77 Resident Mazzacles top 5 current favourite tracks and the stories behind each pick.
From freestyle burners to blissfully eerie dreamscapes, unexpected dollar-bin gems, deep dub journeys, and a rare funk cut with family ties to Sly Stone.
Club 77 Resident Mazzacles shares 5 tracks she's currently rinsing.
The latest release from local label Planet Trip. In love with it. Have a soft spot for anything freestyle affiliated and this is freestyle to the max.
Another new release. This one is divine, really beautiful and dreamy whilst still being a little bit evil and holding a bit of tension. I love music like that.
This is just a fun dollar bin one that my bf bought for me because of the cover, turns out it's an awesome track too.
Unreal lesser known funk from the sister of Sly Stone. You can hear the stone family influence. Crazy stuff. I Chose it because I recently watch the questlove doco about him.

I chose this one because it literally has everything. Opens up with this heavenly female vocal then kind of traverses into a country twangy section and settles on deep driving dub. It's fucking insane. I want to play it at 4 am
