• Complete the digital incident register AusComply on a nightly basis.

• Lead and manage a small but passionate team of hospitality professionals and creatives.

• Supervise the security team, providing training and guidance as needed.

• Handle cash management, reconciliation, and end-of-night reporting.

• Take responsibility for the venue’s opening and closing procedures.

Personal and Professional Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Sound knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.

• Strong numeracy and cash handling skills.

• Completion of the New South Wales licensee training course or willingness to complete it (desirable).

Benefits:

• Casual role with an attractive hourly rate + superannuation.

• Nightly staff meal.

• Staff discount on all food and beverages.

• Be part of a forward-thinking and creative environment.

• Work with some of Australia’s most in-demand artists, DJs, and promoters.
