Mazzacles, also known as Madi, is an Eora-based DJ revered for her eclectic and infectious blend of jersey, breakbeat, electro, house, Miami bass, italo disco, funk, and more. As a multi-talented artist, she captivates listeners both on the dance floor and over the airwaves with her regular hosting and production on FBI Radio.
Simon Caldwell:
Simon Caldwell, a versatile DJ since the early 1990s, is acclaimed for his eclectic musical tastes. He's shared stages with internationals like James Brown and Theo Parrish. A regular at FBI Radio and co-promoter of Sydney's Mad Racket, Simon has contributed to major platforms like Resident Advisor and Boiler Room. In 2014, he showcased his talent in Berlin, Russia, Hamburg, and London.
Barney Kato:
Barney Kato, an active presence in the world of dance music for over 23 years, merges the magic of collective harmony and music, regularly captivating Eora / Sydney with his dynamic DJ sets and popular events like Alien and Breakbeat Chaos. As a globetrotter, an aficionado of futurist dance music, and a collector of experiences, he sees the DJ booth as an epicenter of energy manipulation, mixing classic and cutting-edge elements to move dancefloors of all sizes, reshaping experiences beyond familiar anthems. A resident of Sydney's Club 77, Barney curates nights, trains budding talents, and has made significant contributions to Newcastle and Sydney's electronic music scene since 2000, which include running parties, working in record stores, managing a record label, and hosting Fbi Radio Thursday Sunset for 15 years. Barney's DJ career highlights include spinning records at Australia's most iconic parties and festivals like Big Day Out, Splendour In The Grass, and more recently a set for Boiler at legendary Sydney venue, Hordern Pavilion.
