Deepchild:
Deepchild, the production alias of Rick Bull, is a sound designer, DJ, and academic known for his darkly sensual techno and ambient soundscapes. Having performed at iconic venues like Berlin's Berghain and the Sydney Opera House, his work fuses 'clicks and cuts' with dub roots. Receiving critical acclaim from The Wire, DJ Mag, and Rolling Stone, Deepchild's releases span labels like Mille Plateaux and Future Classic. Now based in Australia, Rick has expanded into sound design and composition for film, games, and music software companies.
Sirenik:
Sydney's emerging electronic artist, Sirenik, weaves complex drum rhythms with ominous atmospheres, forming a distinctive sonic identity. Echoing prominent European labels like Northern Electronics, their performances exude a dynamic and technically profound mix style. With forthcoming tracks on Sydney labels Meganesia and Impetus, Sirenik continues to push the experimental boundaries of electronic music.
DJ Paramat:
DJ Paramat’s curations range from ambient, dub and downtempo to obscure club & bass. He consistently endeavours to offer a new flavour, and share a new pocket of musical knowledge with each set. You may find him fill-in presenting on community FM radio station FBi, or offering a wider range of sounds on his monthly Nomad Radio show ‘All Purpose’. He is also the co-founder of events & netlabel General Merchant, promoting local music makers and hosting forward-thinking dance events across Eora.
Lex Barlin:
With evolving, expressive & colourful sets, Eora-based DJ & producer Lex Barlin creates a uniquely hypnotic and explosive dance floor experience. Lex's feet are firmly rooted in the Sydney scene, as host of 'Producer Roundtable' on Radio Skid Row, co-founder of Sydney record label 'Dialectic Recordings' and events brand 'ASSEMBL', half of the live experimental electronic act 'Lunakyn', and with releases both locally and internationally and consistent appearances all throughout Sydney’s rave scene, this artist has cemented them-self as one of the front-runners of the underground musical movement.
